These Terms govern your access to and use of ShowCore. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
ShowCore is a SaaS platform for managing artists, venues, bookings, contracts, production, travel and settlements.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
- No reverse engineering, scraping or abuse of the platform.
- Respect rate limits and the rights of other users.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service.
Subscriptions and fees
Plans and pricing are described on our pricing pages and in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. We may suspend accounts for misuse or security risks.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowCore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
